Both the compliance systems which are zero tolerance and point-based if a C2 type document (Date Checked) expires, there is a provision to override the date to a future date based on some calculations which render the staff member to be compliant up until this date.
Permissions
The permission required to Override Compliance is Users-Compliance-Override.
Process Flow
Both the compliance systems which are zero tolerance and point-based. If a C2 type document (Date Checked) expires, there is functionality to override the date to a future date based on some calculations which render the staff member to be compliant up until this date. The override can only be performed by users with appropriate permissions.
Required Knowledge
Override - This link opens up the popup to perform override to a date checked document
Override Date - This date is the override date which is in the future which cannot go beyond a certain date based on certain calculations
Save - The Save button saves the new override date which can only be accepted if it obeys certain rules
Cancel - The Cancel button cancels the override date popup without saving any changes
