The Master Document List is a list of Client specific compliance documents that are required for a user to be compliant. Unit specific documents for that particular Client can also be added and viewed under the master document list. There is a provision to add a new compliance item to the master document list.

Permissions

The permissions required to add a compliance item under the master document list are Compliance-Master Documents and Upload Document

Process Flow

There is a functionality to Add a New Compliance Item to the Master Document List. The list of compliance items under the master document list is specific to that particular client. So when a user’s compliance is managed place holders for compliance documents are present as per the master document list and there will be an option to upload these documents. Unit specific documents can also be added to the master document list and while managing the compliance for a user for that particular unit, the relevant document place holder appears and the document may be uploaded.

Required Knowledge

Document Name - This is the name given to the compliance document which is not a mandatory item.

Short Name - This is the short name of the document which is mandatory.

Contract - This is the Compliance Document type for a particular contract namely Permanent, Bank or Agency

Category - This is the category of the document which is mandatory. Examples of some categories are Personal, Professional, Clearances, Etc.

Compliance Type - This is also a mandatory item that specifies the compliance type which is C1 (Document must exist), C2 (Document is Date Checked), C3 (3rd Party Report and Action), C4 (3rd Party Report Only), and other.

Effective From - Effective from date is the date from which the document takes effect which means the date from which this compliance item is also added for the user to be compliant which is a mandatory item.

Unit - Non Mandatory item and is used to add a unit-specific compliance item

Permission - This is the provision to upload a document using the upload icon for permitted users

Access - This is the view option where only a user with access would be able to view certain pages and documents

Expiry Date Format - This is to specify the format of the expiry date of the compliance document

Job Role - This is the compliance document type for a particular Job Role (Doctor, Nurse, HCA etc.)

Save - This button is to save and add the compliance item to the user’s compliance list

Cancel - This button is to close the popup
