Once a compliance document is uploaded into the JMS ONE system, it needs to be approved by a user with appropriate permissions. Only then the document becomes an active document.

Permissions

The permission required to validate a user’s compliance document is Users-Documents-Verify/Return.

Process Flow

Once a compliance document is uploaded onto the JMS One, it needs to be approved by a user with appropriate permissions. Only then the document becomes an active document. There is functionality to Verify/Return a compliance document. If it is a date checked document there is a need to capture the date and then verify. If a document is returned the user needs to re-upload the document again which needs to be verified again to create an active document.

Required Knowledge

Expiry Date: This field is for a date checked document type and this captures the expiry date of the particular document which should not be in the past.

Verify: The verify button is used to verify a document to make it active.

Return: The return button rejects the uploaded document and requires the user to re-upload the document.
