Once a compliance item is added to the master document list, there is functionality to edit it. The editing functionality changes the document as per the permitted user’s requirements.

The permission required to edit compliance items under the master document list is Compliance-Master Documents.

Process Flow

Once a compliance item is added to the master document list, there is functionality to edit it. The editing functionality changes the document as per the permitted user’s requirements. The fields that can be edited are Category, Permission, Access, Compliance Type, Effective From, Weightage Point and Job Role

Required Knowledge

Category - This is the category of the document. Examples of some categories are Personal, Professional, Clearances, Etc.

Permission - This is the provision to upload a document using the upload icon for permitted users

Access - This is the view option where only a user with access would be able to view certain pages and documents

Compliance Type - This item specifies the compliance type which is C1 (Document must exist), C2 (Document is Date Checked), C3 (3rd Party Report and Action), C4 (3rd Party Report Only), and other.

Effective From - Effective from is the date from which the document takes effect which means the date from which this compliance item is also added for the user to be compliant which is a mandatory item.

Weightage Point - This field appears when the compliance system is point-based. We can change the weightage point of a document through this provision.

Job Role - This is the compliance document type for a particular Job Role (Doctor, Nurse, HCA, etc.)

Save - The Save button saves all the editing done on the document

Close - This button closes the edit popup without saving any changes
