Process Flow
Once a compliance document is uploaded onto the JMS One, it needs to be approved by a user with appropriate permissions. Only then the document becomes an active document. There is functionality to Verify/Return a compliance document. If it is a date checked document there is a need to capture the date and then verify. If a document is returned the user needs to re-upload the document again which needs to be verified again to create an active document.
