How to Upload Compliance Documents for a User
Aims:
By the end of this guide, you will be able to Upload Compliance Documents for a User.
Step by Step:
1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)
2. Click on the Compliance Tab on the Menu Bar.
3. Click on Users. You can search for a User via the Search Bar or the table below.
4. Click on the User ID next to the User. A popup will appear.
5. Next to the Compliance Item, you wish to upload, go to the Action column, and click on the Add Compliance Item button.
6. Fill in all required fields and upload the document. For more information on the required fields, please read the full training guide.
Once completed, click on Save.
