How to Remove a User from a Unit

Aims:

By the end of this guide, you will be able to view the users assigned to a unit.

Step by Step:

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click on the Units Tab.

 

 

3. To select the Unit, click on the Unit IDYou can either search for the Unit via the Search Bar, or you can find it in the table below.

 

 

4. A pop-up will appear with Unit Details. Click on the Users tab and a table with all the users assigned to this Unit will appear. From here, you can view the user's details and remove the user from the unit. Click on Remove.

 

 

 

5. A warning message will pop up will appear. If you are sure you would like to remove this user from this unit, click Confirm.

 

 

 

 

6. A pop-up message will confirm the user has successfully been removed from the unit.
