How to Add a Notification Contact to a Unit
Aims:
By the end of this guide, you will be able to add a notification contact to a unit.
Step by Step
1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)
2. Click on the Units Tab.
3. To select the Unit, click on the Unit ID. You can either search for the Unit via the Search Bar, or you can find it in the table below.
4. A popup will appear. On opening, the User Details will appear. Scroll down till you see Notification Contacts appear on the right-hand side. Click on this and a drop-down will appear.
5. Start typing the user name you wish to add as the user who will get notifications for this unit and click on their name. You can add multiple contacts at once.
6. Once you have one or multiple users selected, click the Add button.
5. The contact will now appear in the table below and receive notifications related to this unit. You can also select multiple users and select 'Main Contact' on one of the users.
