How to Add a Compliance Document for a User

Aims:

By the end of this guide, you will be able to Add a Compliance Document for a User.

Step by Step:

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click on the Compliance Tab on the Menu Bar.

3. Below click on Users. You can search via the Search Bar or by the table below.

4. Click on the User ID next to the User you wish to view. A popup will appear.

5. Click Add Compliance Item. A popup will appear. 

6. Fill in the details correctly, click on 'Upload File' and upload the required document. Once all the fields are completed, click the Save button.
