How to Mark an Approved Timesheet as Processed

Aims: 

By the end of this guide, you will be able to Mark an Approved Timesheet as Processed.

Step by Step: 

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click on the Timesheets tab on the Menu Bar.

3. You can either search for the Timesheet via the Search Bar or the table below. 

4. If the Timesheet has the Status of Approved, then you will see a Check Box next to the Timesheet No.

 

5. Once you have selected the Timesheets, the E-mail and Mark as Processed and Mark as Processed buttons below the original Timesheets tab will become available. (They are greyed out initially)

6. Both the E-mail and Mark as Processed and Mark as Processed buttons will change the status of the Timesheet to Processed, but only the E-mail and Mark as Processed button will send out a Notification Email.
