How to Accept a Job on behalf of a User

Aims:

By the end of this guide, you will be able to accept a job on behalf of a user.

Step by Step:

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click the Jobs tab in the top left-hand corner.

3. Find the job you want to accept from the Jobs table and click on the Job ID.

4. The Job details screen will pop up. Click on the Accept for User button.

5. Select the User, add a Note and then click Save.

The job status will change to 'Booked' and the user will be booked onto the job.
