How to Cancel a New Job

Aims:

By the end of this guide, you will be able to cancel a new job. This would be useful if you have a job on the system which is no longer required.

Step By Step

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click the Jobs tab in the top left-hand corner.

3. Find the job you want to cancel from the Jobs table and click on the Job ID.

4. The Job details screen will pop up. Click on the Cancel Job button.

The job status will change to cancelled and the job will no longer be on the system.
