How to Post a Job

Aims:

By the end of this guide, you will be able to post a job to an audience of bank users.

Step By Step

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click the Jobs tab in the top left-hand corner.

3. Click Post a Job.

4. Fill in all required boxes within the popup and click Post. For more information, follow our training guide by clicking this link.

5. On the right-hand side, select one or multiple users you want the job to be posted out to.

If you uncheck a user, in the bottom left-hand corner, you will see the option, 'Notify to unselected permanent/ bank users after' checkbox appears.

This enables you to type in a custom time for unselected users to get notified of this Job post.

6. Double-check the details and click Submit. A job will be posted to the selected audience and they will be notified via the JMS One app.
