How to Change a User's Notification Preference
Aims
By the end of this guide, you will be able to change a Users Notification Preference.
Step by Step
1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)
2. Click on the Users Tab.
3. You can look for the User on the table below, or you can search via the search bar.
4. Click on the User ID. A popup will appear.
5. Within the popup, you will land within the Info tab.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the popup and click on Skills & Qualifications.
7. You will see Notification Preference. Here you can enable SMS and Email Notifications for a user. Once completed, click on Save.
