Usually, the client will post out the jobs, however, there is a functionality where the units can request that the client posts out jobs as per their preference and criteria.

Permissions:

The permissions required are, Request a Job. The user must have New Jobs permission unselected.

Process Flow:

Normally it is the client who posts out the jobs to the unit, however, there is functionality for a unit to request to the client to post out jobs. Whilst requesting a job, there is functionality to either post out the requested job, or you can assign it to a particular member of staff. Once the choice is made regarding posting or assigning the job, the client will need to approve the job. Once the job is approved, it will be available for the users to accept/decline on the 'My Jobs' screen.
