How to Filter Jobs

Aims:

By the end of this guide, you will be able to filter down the Jobs page.

Step by Step

1. Navigate to Admin View by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and click on ‘Switch to Admin View’. (This might not be available depending on your permissions)

2. Click on the Jobs tab in the top left-hand corner.

3. You can either search for keywords via the Search Bar, or you can click on the Filter icon to the right. This will create a drop-down where you will have a list of the filtering options.

The Filter options include; Contract type, Unit, Status, Shift Type, Job Role and a Date Picker (From/To). You can use a mixture of the Filter options.

4. Click the Search button.
